Red carpet coverage, answered
What does red carpet coverage include?
Arrivals, the photocall and step-and-repeat, portraits away from the crush, and the atmosphere between the flashes. Stills and video are two distinct services with two distinct people: you can book either alone or both for the same evening.
When do I get the photos?
An edited first selection the same night, in time to publish while the evening is still current. The full set follows in the days after, through VT Media, where you find your own frames with a selfie rather than waiting for a folder.
Which events and cities do you cover?
Film festival premieres, galas, awards and brand evenings, mainly in Venice, Cannes, Milan, Paris and Monte Carlo. We travel for a booked evening; there is no office on any of those carpets.
Are you official festival photographers?
No. Visual Twins is an independent studio hired directly by talents, designers, jewellery maisons, agencies and brands. We are not affiliated with any festival organisation and we do not present ourselves as an official partner of one.
Can you shoot for the brand dressing the talent?
Yes, and the brief is genuinely different: the garment has to read, the jewellery has to be legible in close-up, and the material has to be usable by the brand's own channels that night. Tell us the talent, the night and what you need to publish.
Who owns the images?
Visual Twins holds the copyright, as the studio that shot them. What you buy is the file and the right to use it as agreed. Personal use and brand or campaign use are different licences, and agreeing which one applies beforehand is faster than fixing it afterwards.
