In the courtyard of Palazzo Bovara, the Milanese designer and her daughter Lucilla Bonaccorsi present "Soul in Bloom — Atelier d'Été," a collection that transforms fragility into strength.

"Hope is the thing with feathers that perches in the soul" – Emily Dickinson's words weave the collection's narrative, an inspiration that opens to light like a budding flower.The palette is impalpable: sky blue, periwinkle, veiled pink, fresh grass green, sun yellow, pure white, Mediterranean water. Colors dissolving into each other like watercolors on canvas.
Textures and Transparencies

Who Is Luisa Beccaria
Luisa Beccaria (Milan, 1956) descends from Cesare Beccaria and Giulia Beccaria (Manzoni's mother). At twenty, in 1980, she presented some drawings for fun in the Fornasetti gallery: everything sold out in three days. In 1991 she debuted in haute couture in Rome, showing in Paris from 1993 to 1995 with Valentino and Versace.Married to Sicilian noble Lucio Bonaccorsi di Reburdone, she has five children. Since 2009, daughter Lucilla has been co-artistic director, mixing Sicilian Mediterranean impressions with Milanese concreteness.
